To generate your report and process your transaction, we collect specific personal and vehicle data. This includes your email address (for report delivery), the vehicle’s VIN or registration number, and IP address (for fraud prevention)
Payment Security
All financial transactions are securely processed via third-party gateways (Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not collect, process, or store your full credit card number or bank details on our servers
Compliance with the Privacy Act 1988
We strictly adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Your email and search history are stored securely using industry-standard encryption to allow you to retrieve past reports. We do not sell your personal contact information to third-party marketing agencies
Data Retention & Deletion
Customer data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service (typically 12 months for report retrieval) and to comply with Australian tax and auditing obligations, after which it is securely permanently deleted or anonymized
